"I often like to share scenarios where we were not only able to find solutions for our landlords but also to emphasise the pride in our team for working so hard to give the best service possible.
Recently one of our existing landlords wanted to sell a property in his portfolio and used Paul Fosh Auctions to market the property with a tenanted family in place.
The lettings team were able to find an existing landlord that wanted to purchase a further property to add to their portfolio. This meant that he was able to check the property from a current condition and have knowledge of rental history.
As they were not used to the auction sales process, where auction exchange followed by a 28-day completion took place, we guided them through, meaning that they could confidently understand the property and the tenant needs to ensure the whole process happened smoothly.
